On the paid plans, your uploaded documents, meter photos and a copy of every statement go to your own Google Drive. Your files stay in your own account, in your custody, not on someone else's server.
- RentIQ reaches only the files it created. It cannot see anything else in your Drive.
- If your plan ends, or you disconnect your Drive, your files stay exactly where they are.
- You grant access on Google's own consent screen, and you can revoke it at any time.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you choose.
What is the difference between the paid plans?
Only the number of flats. Solo includes every feature for 1 999 Ft per month including tax. Unlimited costs 2 999 Ft per month including tax, with no extra charge per flat.
Do I need a payment card to try it?
No. You can try every feature for two months from registration. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.
What stays free after the trial?
You can continue manual records and statements for one flat, with a limit of one active tenancy. The tenant app, automation, document uploads and reports are included in the paid plans.
Are payments detected automatically?
You record the payments. You can then track paid and outstanding amounts in one place. The paid plans also support payment reminders.
Does RentIQ issue tax invoices?
RentIQ creates an itemised settlement document for rent and related charges. It is not a Hungarian tax invoice and does not replace bookkeeping. If you need a tax invoice, use your invoicing service.
What happens to uploaded documents?
They go to your own Google Drive, and they stay there. If you continue on Free after the trial, you cannot upload new files, but RentIQ does not delete the ones in your Drive. Your statement records remain available.
